As you know i started ok on Full Tilt then had a massive down swing & got the right arse with them! The other night i couldnt log on to Laddies so i thought id try FT. What a good decision,a few good sng results later & everything is rosey! My roll on there is hardly stratospheric but at least my Sharkscope retails are looking better (i blocked them before but now they look like this)
At least the red line is going in the right direction after nearly falling of the poxy page!!! Now all ive got to do is keep it going upwards,i realise its early days & 51 games is bugger all but hopefully July will be good to me on FT & Laddies!! Thanks for reading & glglgl on the tables.
After last wednesdays heroics in the $40 buy in mtt i thought i’d have another go today! No such luck though,i had top 2 pair on a 2 heart board,it all went in on the flop & matey made his flush on the river (allthough as i was the aggressor i put him on bigger hearts than the 7 & 5 that he showed!! O well,i think i ended up 30 something so crack on! I did play the $6 buy in shorthanded tourney straight after & cashed in 3rd..again rivered just when 2nd had my name on!
You realy have got to try & try again with poker imo! i know i’m a 
….When we’ve got the Stars!! (Martin Fry quoted that on an old ABC record….you must remember them surely??!!) Anyhow,its all going sweet on Ladbrokes,my BR on there is doing ok,Full Tilt can smd to be honest,i couldnt beat Stephen Hawking to the bar if the Smooth was free let alone win a race on the poxy site,my BR on there is looking baaaaaaaaaaaad!! But,there is some good news. Kenn on RTR is playing the million on PP so i (& others on the forum) decided to have 5% in him,i only had 48 cents on Stars so i put on enough to cover the $32 for him + a tiny bit more,i have played a few mini stt’s won a few;
Along time ago,(an awful long time ago!!) a young lad (me!!!) wanted to go to see his favorite football club,which was Chelsea. My mum & dad were both from Fulham,just a short walk from Stamford Bridge but an equal distance from Craven Cottage,the home of Fulham FC who my dad had always supported since he to was a lad. After much sulking & whining i got my own way and we walked the short way to The Bridge.The game was between the Blues & Man Utd,it ended 3-1 to Utd (i was very upset) but that game would leave a never to be forgotten memory for me. It was in the age of Peter Osgood,Ron ‘Chopper’ Harris,Peter Bonetti etc. and the other big memory of Chelsea was when they beat Leeds Utd in the Fa Cup after a replay (no penalty shoot-outs in those days!!) I had Cfc posters on my bedroom walls,scarves,and read every article and tried to get permission to stay up late to watch to watch the Blues on tele at every occasion!!!! I saw the Blues play loads more times and that was that… the glorious Blues would be my team for ever. Now fast forward to last night,the biggest game ever for CFC,and just like the 1st time i saw them play live,it was against the Mancs again!! I’m a bit older (right!!!) and understood more about the game….how after a shaky first 35 minutes,we completely owned UTD,we hit the woodwork,got fuck all change from a ref who will never have a worse game,and with a coach who seems to be asleep for most of the game!! Of all the cruel situations that a penalty shoot out brings up,it was sickening to see John Terry be the man who had the cup at his mercy but missed. The one of only a few CFC players who gives 100% every single match he plays in,to see him miss was a shocker i can tell you!! But do you think that after all these years i would still be upset when we lost?? Yes,i was fucking gutted,more so because the wife just doesnt understand…..’its just a game’ she says….errrrrrrrrrr,no its not!! My 2 young kids are not quite old enough to realise & my 15 year old (who lives with my ex) supports UTD anyway!! So thats why ive written this!! ……………………………..and now i feel a bit about less pissed of the loss….but only a little bit!! thanks for reading. (No football and back to poker in my nxt post i promise!)
Yes,dunce of the week goes to me!! I always like to put an appropriate picture in my blog,then for some strange reason i deleted the whole of photobucket & bang goes 99% of my pictures!! O well….Bill Gates i am not so never mind! Poker has taken a bit of a back seat recently due to working hard & being knackered at night!!!,hopefully i will be back to playing a bit more this week. I have managed to donk off a little bit,i still cant win that much on Full Tilt,…..i have however invested a little bit of my BR in a couple of very good players on the Raise The River forum. Only a couple of shares in the upcoming FTOPS but i’d rather do that than jizz it off myself!!! So the very best of luck to Mik & Kenn. And on to football now,how gutted was i to hear about todays results,i only hope we can go to Moscow & stuff the Mancs for our 1st Champions League title….come on you Blues!!! Ta for looking & gl. �
Tonight was a great night for all Chelsea fans,into the European Cup final for the 1st time after tonking the scousers…happy days!! And with a good chance to take the Premiership title as well if Utd slip up to Wigan (unlikely!) or West Ham (please god a London team helps another one!!) then all we need to do is beat Newcastle & Bolton to overtake the Mancs. Any how,this is my 1st post for a while. I ummmed & arrrred about putting a bit of money on Full Tilt,i did and after a good start it all went Pete Tong!! I couldnt find any way of winning tbh,every small stake sng would end with me staring at the lappy swearing in disbelief!! Im sure i should have cracked on & stopped whining like a tart but after dropping about $70 out of $200 i have not played since!! I was going to block my stats on Sharkscope as they were fucking embarrasing but i wont so that when i go back on FT i will have a huge incentive to start putting some kind of good run together!! In the meen time its back to Ladbrokes where its all sweet!! I havnt played huge amounts in the last week but i managed to be up approx $100 in various stt’s (1x $20 5 seater was good for $70….& yes i know its not really good to play that high but the std of play is just as good/bad as on the smaller buy ins!!) Today i was off work so i had a play around at 2 mini mtt’s,the 1st was a $6 job with about 64 runners,i managed to
